2. General information on data processing
2.1 Extent to which personal data are processed
When you contact us as a customer or interested party, we collect personal data. This happens if you are interested in our products, register for our newsletter, contact us by e-mail or phone, or if you use our products and services within the scope of existing business relationships.
In this context, we process personal data, e.g. first and last name, address, e-mail address, phone number.
We also process the contract details (e.g. subject matter of the contract, duration, customer category) and payment data (e.g. bank details, payment history) of our customers, interested parties and business partners for the purpose of providing contractual services, as well as other services and customer care.
As soon as the reason for storing this data ceases to apply, the personal data of the person concerned are deleted or their processing is restricted (“blocked”). If European or national regulations, laws or other rules to which we are subject require a longer storage period, the personal data will be stored in accordance with these legal provisions for longer than the original purpose intended.

4. Data collection on our website
4.1 Servers and log files
Our hosting provider collects the following information for statistical analysis: referrer (previously visited website), requested website or file, browser type and browser version, operating system used, type of device used, time of access, IP address in anonymized form (only used to determine the access location). The data is also processed by WebAnalytics.
4.2 Forms that require input (e.g. contact form, checklist)
On our website you can fill out a contact form. We save the data transmitted via the contact form from the input mask. We process the data only for the purpose of contacting you. The following data are collected: e-mail address, company, title, last name, first name, phone number and reason for contacting us. You can subscribe to a newsletter on our website. It will be sent after the user has registered, i.e. with their consent. We save the data from the input mask transmitted when you register for the newsletter. We process the data only for the dispatch of the newsletter. The following data are collected: e-mail address, company, title, last name, first name, phone number and the choice of topics for the newsletter. The legal basis for processing data in the context of sending the newsletter is your consent by registering for the newsletter. 5. Analysis and online services

5.1 Google Analytics
Within the scope of our legitimate interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online services, we use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google LLC (in short “Google”). Google uses cookies. Cookies generate information on how users use the online service. This information is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
Google is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement and thus provides a guarantee of compliance with European data protection law (https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active).
Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate how users use our website, to compile reports on the activities related to online services and to provide us with further services associated with the use of this website and the Internet. Pseudonymous user profiles of the users can be created from the processed data.
We only use Google Analytics with activated IP anonymization. This means that Google shortens the IP address of the user in an EU member state or in other states that are party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the whole IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and truncated there.
The IP address that your browser transfers within the scope of Google Analytics will not be associated with any other data held by Google. Users can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting their browser settings accordingly. Furthermore, you can prevent the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the online services from being collected and processed by Google by downloading and installing the following browser plugin: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

6. Social media: online presence and plug-ins
We do not have any online presence on social media platforms.
7. Third party services, tools and content
We do not use content or other services offered by third parties in order to integrate their content and services (e.g. maps or fonts, hereinafter referred to as “content”). A prerequisite for this is that the third party providers are aware of your IP address. We make every effort to select only content whose providers use the IP address only to deliver the content.
