As a robotics and machine systems specialist, we develop and construct individual and complete robot production systems to efficiently handle challenging production and assembly processes. We also offer standardized modular systems for various processing and handling steps as well as for interconnecting different production sequences.
From process analysis and design to software development, machine manufacturing and commissioning, we support our customers throughout each project phase . You can place your trust in our reliable support services.
We have successfully designed and installed more than 1,000 projects for well-known companies from the most diverse industries since our founding in 1994.
Our state-of-the-art administration and assembly center in Ginsheim-Gustavsburg makes it possible for us to efficiently complete projects, including the preliminary commissioning of larger and more complex production systems. We currently have over 130 employees at our locations in Ginsheim-Gustavsburg near Mainz and in Wolfsburg. We have been a subsidiary of MAX Automation SE since 2015.
The digitalization of production and the Internet of Things are changing the world of production for the long term.
Machines and products communicate with one another and the intelligent combination of human skills and robot technologies based on real-time data make it possible to develop a highly flexible, efficient and lean production line up to batch size 1.
In addition to the use of forward-looking enabler technologies – ranging from 3D image processing and the most modern gripping technologies to collaborative robots – software plays a key role. Whether it’s about controlling or operating a machine, interconnecting and integrating machines within an entire production facility or preventive maintenance, without the right software, modern production systems for a smart factory are inconceivable.
Now and in the future, robotics specialists and machine manufacturers must also be software specialists. That’s what we are and what we have been right from the start.
“Producing more intelligently” – with processing knowledge across many industries, long-term experience in machine manufacturing and our core competence in the field of software development, we find solutions that catch on and create more efficient production processes along the entire value-added chain.
We have been a subsidiary of MAX Automation SE since 2015.
In light of this strategic alliance, we are also able to reliably handle the largest and most financially intense projects and take full advantage of all synergies within the group.
MAX Automation along with its subsidiaries supplies – in the industrial automation core segment – high-quality solutions for key industries such as automotive and medical technology, electronics and the packaging industry as well as other sectors. The custom-made systems make it possible for you to efficiently and flexibly control production and respond to the needs of the market at all times. The portfolio covers production and assembly systems, especially for the automotive industry, high-precision assembly systems for medical technology, technologies for manufacturing opto-electronic modules and micro-optic components for various industries, metals handling and conveyor systems, dispensing technology systems and control technologies for complex automation processes.
MAX Automation SE is publicly listed in the prime standard segment of the German stock exchange. Its initial public offering took place in 1994.
The company began in a 25 m2 office in Hochheim in 1994. Twenty years later, we can look back on a successful history during which we have evolved from a two-man operation to a high-performing robotics specialist.
Over 130 dedicated employees work at the Ginsheim-Gustavsburg near Mainz and in Wolfsburg. More than half of them are engineers in the fields of electric and mechanical design, machine manufacturing and software development. We develop, plan and build turnkey production systems that will perfectly meet your requirements.
