Completely automated assembly station for pressing in bushings and bearings

We have developed a fully automated assembly station for pressing in bushings and bearings, for example, in transmission parts. It is designed for unmanned operation with comparably high cycle rates and is equipped with an ingenious system that monitors processing quality. Errors during the pressing-in process are reliably detected and – depending on the settings – the machine is either stopped or the defective piece is discharged. Radial components with diameters ranging from 10 to 500 mm can be processed.

Seamless quality checks using an integrated measurement and analysis system, particularly for the joining processes

Drawing of force/path charts and target/actual comparison, different analysis programs, up to 10 parameterizable tolerance windows per test program

Statistic process control

Small footprint: requires about 10 square meters of floor space, easy to integrate into existing production
