Flexible stacking cell for gear wheels in only 3 m²
The stacking cell automates the last step in the gear wheel production line by placing gears in the transport baskets after processing and cleaning. After the relevant retooling, such a line enables the most diverse assemblies – varying in diameter and height – to be produced. Accordingly, the stacking cell can handle a broad range of parts with minimal retooling time and effort. Two manual settings are sufficient to automatically adapt for specific components and the relevant packaging containers. Also, the software requires no additional modifications when retooling.
