Parts storage and stacking cells from modular kits

From our modular kits, we also offer a series of parts storage and re-stacking cells for flexibly interconnecting production lines. These cells handle the temporary storage and automated re-stacking of full or empty workpiece containers, allowing production systems to be easily disconnected from one another and creating greater flexibility in the design of human-machine operations. The parts storage cells are available in different designs. The production process is connected using a traditional linear gantry or a multiple-axis industrial robot.

With the parts storage cells that function as buffers, disruption-related downtimes in a production line can be limited to a single system. Individual cells can also be retooled separately from one another.
