Parts storage cells and restacking cells made from modular system components
The iNDAT modular system offers a series of parts storage cells and restacking cells for interlinking production lines in numerous ways. These compact decoupling modules take over the intermediate storage and automatic restacking of full or empty workpiece containers; this makes it easy to decouple production systems from each other and also enables man-machine cooperation to be designed more flexibly.
The parts storage cells are available in different versions and can therefore be integrated into a variety of automation solutions. They are linked to the production line via a classic linear gantry or a multi-axis industrial robot.
The parts storage cells, which function as buffers, ensure that any production line downtimes due to a malfunction are limited to the respective system; single systems can also be tooled independently of one another.
