LASER WELDING CENTER iLAS 4000 HP

WORKPIECES: Small, rotationally symmetric precision assemblies.
SPECIFICATION: Laser welding , DMC laser marking and packaging of assemblies with a max. shaft diameter of approx. 10 mm, max. weight 500 g, length approx. 80 mm.
PARTS HANDLING: Star-shaped turntable with 12 stations. Driven welding stations, axial and radial run-out accuracy in the 1/100 mm range, automatic loading. Tray stacker and blister packer. Linking via workpiece carrier transfer system, storage modules available.
RECOGNITION: Automated optical inspection and monitored laser welding process.
ADDITIONAL: Manual loading possible.
ADVANTAGES: Exceptionally high productivity due to line cycle time of 1 sec. with triple arrangements (otherwise 3 sec.), unrivaled precision.

LASER WELDING CENTER iLAS 7000 DUO

WORKPIECES: Rotationally symmetric parts such as gears, differentials, planetary carriers, clutches and torque converters, axles, shafts, hubs and rotors for electric motors.
SPECIFICATION: Fully automated machine for reliable precision laser welding process with double laser welding station for simultaneous welding. Laser output power 7000 W.
Automatic loading and unloading. Modular cell design, configurable, option of linking with workpiece carrier transfer system.
PARTS HANDLING: Turntable with 4×2 double stations. Linking via stacking cell or workpiece carrier system. Manual loading possible.
RECOGNITION: Inline laser monitoring, automated optical inspection.
ADDITIONAL: Tray stacker and blister packer. Linking via workpiece carrier transfer system, storage modules available. Highly compact design, also available with manual loading.

APPLICATIONS: Marking DMC or serial numbers, cutting foils, removing material, cleaning, cleaning fitting surfaces, engraving, welding. Suitable for a wide range of materials with high variability. All geometries possible – even fruit and vegetables, glass, glass bottles.
SPECIFICATION: Loading weight approx. 200 kg, height-adjustable loading table, adjustable laser unit.
PARTS HANDLING: Robot-guided parts or laser.
RECOGNITION: State-of-the-art 3D vision technology.
ADDITIONAL: Integration of conveyor technology for supply and removal of workpieces possible integration into the production environment.
