The options offered by our iNDAT Service Levels allow you to put together the service package you need.

Service level Standard

  • Service technician on site within 48 hours
  • Remote maintenance within 8 hours
  • On-call service Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Service level Extended

  • Service technician on site within 36 hours
  • Remote maintenance within 6 hours
  • On-call service Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Service level Premium

  • Service technician on site within 24 hours
  • Remote maintenance within 4 hours
  • On-call service 24 hours/365 days
